When booking one of our three elopement sessions, you can rest assured everything will be taken care of, including all the legals to make you married, the florals and styling, post ceremony refreshments, and incredible photos so the moment lasts forever.

  • Audley, Royal National Park 

    Audley is situated in Sydney’s Royal National Park, conveniently only thirty minutes South of Sydney airport, allowing easy access for guests from all across Sydney and surrounds. It is also located only twenty minutes from the seaside artist’s haven of Bundeena, the perfect location for guests to stay and create a long weekend of festivities. 

    Audley Dance Hall is a Heritage listed Dance Hall and one of Sydney’s premier venues.  Overlooking the majestic Audley Valley and the Hacking River the Dance Hall is set amongst beautiful parkland, perfect for the most picturesque and romantic elopements.

    Your ceremony will take place at Wattle Forest, the most enchanting of all the locations in the park.  Surrounded by lush natural beauty, the drama of the rock escarpment as your backdrop and curious native wildlife as your witnesses, you cannot help but be swept up in the earthy magic of this place.   The Audley Dance Hall delivers weddings and events of the highest quality, with a reputation for some of the best food in Sydney. 

    The team are honoured to share this magical place with you and to bring family and friends together to intimately celebrate one of life’s most important moments.

  • Pricing and inclusions are based on a minimum of 2 people (the couple) and a maximum of 10 (including the couple.) Please get in touch if you require any more guests. We can cater for up to 20 people maximum. 

    CEREMONY SET UP

    Wooden signing table with two white bentwood chairs.  Audley Dance Hall timber arbour.  4 wooden bench seats.  Giant Jenga and Corn Hole lawn games Audley Dance Hall verandah as your wet weather backup.  National Parks Ceremony Permit fees included. 

    CELEBRANT

    All the marriage legals and paperwork taken care of. 2x planning meetings. Personalised 20 minute ceremony by one of Sydney’s most popular marriage and elopement celebrants.

    FLORIST

    Florals on arbour 1 x bouquet + 1 x button hole (An extra fee may apply if you require two bouquets.)

    PHOTOGRAPHY

    Two hours photography footage onsite in the National Park Approx. 200 Digital photos delivered in a digital gallery. Photos delivered within one month

    FOOD + DRINK (POST CEREMONY)

  • When do I finalise my menu?

    When your final invoice is due, a month out from your wedding

    Can you cater for dietary requirements?

    Yes we can. Please provide us with a list of these at least two weeks in advance

    Can we BYO beverages?

    Audley Dance Hall is a full service venue and supplies all of the food and beverages

  • Do we pay the National Parks entry fee?

    All park users are required to pay the National Parks usage fees ($12 per car/ $4.40 per person on a bus)

    Do you offer transport to and from the location?

    We can offer a bus service at an additional cost

    What is the wet weather back up option?

    The wet weather option takes place on Audley Dance Hall’s heritage listed verandah which has sweeping views of the park and river

    What if I am running late?

    Your session will still conclude at the scheduled time

  • What is the maximum number of guests we can bring?

    20 including the couple

    What is the cost to add guests above the package limit of 10?

    $100 per person

    Are children included in guest numbers?

    Children are included in the guest count.

    Do we need to provide witnesses or can it just be the two of us?

    You do require two witnesses present when you are married, however if you are not bringing anyone with you, our vendors/ staff can step into this role. 

  • Can we extend our session?

    Unfortunately, there are no extensions to the sessions

    Can we swap out particular vendors?

    Vendors can not be swapped out, but rest assured we have picked the best in the biz for you. 

    Can we choose the flowers?

    The florals are chosen by our stylist, Aisle of Eden and will depend on what is in season.

    Can we book this package on an alternate date?

    Not at this stage, however more dates may be released in the future.
